Home Services
Web Design

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general contracting across a city where your service area is measured in drive time, not miles. We build sites that name the neighborhoods you actually cover, put your CSLB number where people can read it, and load fast enough to survive a phone with two bars.

Web Design for Home Service Companies in Los Angeles

Websites for LA Contractors and Trades

Home service work in Los Angeles is decided by two questions, and neither of them is whether your logo is nice. Do you come out this far, and can you come today. A homeowner in Woodland Hills with a dead condenser in August is not reading your About page. They are scanning for a phone number, a service area, and some sign you are licensed.

The geography here is the whole problem. A plumber based in Van Nuys and a plumber based in San Pedro are not competitors, they are in different markets forty miles apart. Sites that say we serve Los Angeles compete with everyone and get found by no one. Sites that say we cover the west Valley from Encino to Woodland Hills get called by the people who are actually in range.

  • CSLB license number on the page, in real text
  • Service area written as neighborhoods, not a radius
  • A page for every service you offer
  • Emergency and same day work called out clearly
  • Job photos from houses people recognize
  • Quote forms that take under thirty seconds

Home Service Trades We Build Websites For

Who We Build For

Twelve trades, all working a city where the housing stock changes completely every few miles and the jobs change with it.

HVAC and Air Conditioning

Air conditioning is a different business in Woodland Hills than in Venice, and your site should say so. One market is emergency replacement at 108 degrees in September, the other is heat pumps and mini splits sold on efficiency. We write both instead of splitting the difference.

Plumbing

Galvanized supply lines and cast iron laterals under houses built in the twenties, and slab leaks under everything built after the war. Naming the pipe and the era puts you in front of homeowners who already know what they have.

Electrical

Panel upgrades are the volume work here, driven by EV chargers, induction ranges, and solar. We build separate pages for panel upgrades, charger installs, and knob and tube replacement, because those are three different searches.

Roofing

Flat and low slope roofs on the older stock, tile on the Spanish and Mediterranean houses, and composition everywhere else. Each one is a separate page, and each one gets photos of that roof type rather than a stock aerial.

General Contracting and Remodels

Kitchen and bath remodels, whole house renovations, and permit work through LADBS. We put your process and a real price range on the page so the leads that reach you have already accepted what this costs.

ADU and Garage Conversion Builders

One of the busiest categories in the city and one of the worst served online. Homeowners want setbacks, timelines, parking rules, and a number. A page that answers those plainly outperforms a gallery of finished units every time.

Seismic and Soft Story Retrofit

Owners of tuck under apartment buildings are searching under a city deadline and a compliance order they do not fully understand. Explain the ordinance, the engineering, and the permit path and the calls come from people ready to move.

Landscaping and Drought Conversion

Turf replacement, native and low water planting, drip conversion, and the rebate paperwork nobody wants to read about. Say that you handle the rebate side and you will win jobs from companies that only show finished yards.

Solar and Battery Storage

This market is crowded with lead sellers, which is exactly why an honest page wins. Real costs, real payback math under current net metering rules, and what happens during an outage.

Pools and Spa Service

Weekly service, equipment replacement, resurfacing, and leak detection are four services with four price structures. Splitting them out lets a homeowner with a failed heater find you instead of scrolling a general pool page.

Handyman and Property Maintenance

Small jobs live or die on responsiveness and clear minimums. We publish what you charge for a half day, what you will and will not take on, and how fast you answer, which cuts the tire kicker calls sharply.

Cleaning, Moving, and Junk Removal

High volume, price sensitive, and won on speed of reply. Instant quote forms, clear pricing tiers, and a page for each neighborhood you actually cover so you stop paying for leads across the county.

Why Home Services Businesses Choose Us

What You Get

A Service Area People Believe

Named neighborhoods and honest edges. Saying you cover Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and Encino but not the Westside reads as real, and it stops you paying for leads you would turn down anyway.

Your License Where It Counts

CSLB number, bond, and insurance in readable text rather than buried in a footer image. Homeowners check, and the ones who check are the ones who pay on time.

Built for the Emergency Search

The person with water coming through a ceiling is on a phone, one handed, in a hurry. Tap to call in the header, hours visible, and a page that opens before they give up on it.

A Page Per Service

Slab leak repair and sewer line replacement are separate problems and separate searches. One page listing nine services ranks for none of them.

Our Process

How a Website Gets Built

01

We Map the Work

One call about your trades, your real service area, and the jobs you want more of. Usually 40 minutes.

02

Design in Your Colors

You see the homepage and one service page before anything else gets built. Changes happen here, where they are cheap.

03

We Code It

Hand written HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Tap to call wired up, quote forms tested on a real phone on cellular.

04

Live and Looked After

We publish it, submit it to Google, and keep it patched. New service areas and job photos go up the week you send them.

Home Services Web Design FAQs

Questions From
Home Services Owners

How many neighborhood pages do I actually need?

Fewer than most people sell you and more than one. Four to six honest pages covering where you genuinely work beats twenty thin ones with the name swapped, which search engines learned to spot years ago. If you run one truck out of Sun Valley, cover the east Valley properly and skip the coast. Our Growth plan is sized around this.

Should I publish prices for service work?

Publish ranges and your diagnostic fee. Most panel upgrades run $3,500 to $6,500 does more work than any amount of quality craftsmanship copy. It sets expectations, it filters the shoppers who wanted a $900 job, and it gets you calls from people who already accepted the number.

My customers speak Spanish. Can the site?

Yes, and a translate widget is not the answer. Those cannot be indexed, they mangle trade terms, and customers notice immediately. Real translated pages get found in the language people search in. Most clients start with the homepage, the top two or three service pages, and contact rather than the whole site. Ask us on the contact page and we will price your list.

Do you handle the Google Business Profile too?

It is included in every plan. For a trade with no storefront that profile does more work than the website some months, so we set the service area, categories, and hours to match your site exactly. Mismatches between the two are a common and completely avoidable reason a contractor underperforms in the map results.
