Personal Care
Web Design

Salons, barbershops, nail studios, med spas, and fitness studios from Ventura Boulevard to Abbot Kinney. We build sites that load on a phone in a couple of seconds and answer the two questions every Los Angeles client has before they book: what does it cost, and where do I park.

Web Design for Personal Care Businesses in Los Angeles

Websites for LA Salons, Barbershops, and Spas

Almost everyone who lands on a personal care website here is sitting in a car. They are parked outside a job, waiting in a school pickup line, or on the couch at 11pm deciding whether Saturday is worth the drive from Culver City to Studio City. They want three things fast: your prices, your openings, and how much of a headache it is to get to you.

So that is what we put first. A service menu with real prices, a booking button that works on the first tap, and parking spelled out in plain words underneath. Validated lot, two hour meters on Larchmont, permit only after 6pm on the residential side. Your booking system stays whatever you already use, whether that is Boulevard, Vagaro, Square Appointments, GlossGenius, Booksy, Fresha, or Mindbody. We wire it in and get out of the way.

  • Service menu with prices, not a PDF
  • Booking button on every screen
  • Boulevard, Vagaro, Booksy, GlossGenius, Square and Mindbody all connect
  • Stylist and provider profile pages
  • Instagram gallery pulled in automatically
  • Parking spelled out, not left to guesswork

Personal Care Industries We Build Websites For

Who We Build For

Ten kinds of personal care business, all with the same problem: the calendar has holes in it next Tuesday and the website is not helping.

Hair Salons and Blowout Bars

Color pricing is the first thing anyone asks and the last thing most salon sites answer. Yours carries the menu with real starting numbers, balayage priced apart from single process, and every stylist bookable by name, which in Los Angeles is usually why the client picked the shop at all.

Barbershops

Barbershops live on walk-ins plus regulars. We show live shop hours, put a map and a parking note on the homepage, and give each barber a page so a client who moved from Highland Park to Sherman Oaks can still find their guy.

Nail Salons and Lash Studios

The work sells on photographs, and a 4MB gallery on a phone crawling up the Sepulveda Pass never finishes loading. Images come compressed and sized to the screen, full set prices are written down, and the fill schedule stays where someone can find it.

Med Spas and Injectors

At this price point people research first and book second. Injector credentials, before and after sets, what each treatment actually involves, and a consult request that stops short of asking for anything you should not be collecting through a web form.

Massage Therapy and Bodywork

Deep tissue, prenatal, sports and Swedish run different lengths at different prices, so they are listed that way instead of folded into one rate. Insurance and FSA are noted per therapist, and the intake form stays short enough to finish in a parking structure.

Estheticians and Skincare Studios

Facial menus sprawl fast. Treatments get grouped by the concern the client walked in with rather than by the product line on the shelf, so someone dealing with acne lands on the right service without reading nine paragraphs of brand copy.

Tattoo and Piercing Shops

Portfolios, flash, deposit terms and the shop minimum go where people actually look for them. Every artist gets a page of their own and an inquiry path of their own, because most of what comes in is for one artist by name.

Boutique Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates

Schedules move every week and nobody wants to keep two of them current. Yours reads straight out of Mindbody, Momence or Punchpass, so the site is right on Monday morning without anyone logging in to fix it.

Day Spas and Wellness Clinics

Packages, gift cards and full day bookings need space to explain themselves. Each one becomes a page in its own right, so it can rank on its own terms and be sent to somebody in a text message without a paragraph of setup around it.

Brow Bars and Waxing Studios

Fast services on thin margins live on volume and repeat visits. Booking is two taps, the first visit offer sits above the fold, and threading and waxing get separate pages so search treats them as the separate things they are.

Why Personal Care Businesses Choose Us

What You Get

Booking in Two Taps

The booking button rides in the header, sits in the mobile menu, and repeats at the foot of every page. Nobody hunts for it, and a contact form never stands in for a calendar.

Prices People Can Find

Menu pricing on a real page, in real text. Search engines can read it and so can a client deciding between you and the studio that is twelve minutes closer.

Found by Neighborhood

Someone looking for a colorist in Los Feliz is not looking for a colorist in Los Angeles. We build the pages that answer the neighborhood question.

Parking Answered Up Front

Lot, meters, permit hours, or the structure around the corner with the first ninety minutes free. It sounds small. It is the reason people pick one studio over another.

Our Process

How a Website Gets Built

01

We Learn the Menu

One call covering services, prices, who works which chair, and the booking platform you already pay for. It runs about forty minutes.

02

Design in Your Colors

The homepage and one inner page get built first and shown to you before anything else exists. Changes land at this stage, while they still cost an afternoon.

03

We Code It

HTML, CSS and JavaScript written by hand. Booking connected, gallery wired in, every form tested on an actual phone instead of a desktop window shrunk down.

04

Live and Looked After

We publish, submit it to Google, and keep it patched. A new stylist or a menu change goes up the same week you send it over.

Personal Care Web Design FAQs

Questions From
Personal Care Owners

Can you connect the booking system I already use?

Yes, and we would rather you kept it. Boulevard, Vagaro, Square Appointments, GlossGenius, Booksy, Fresha, and Mindbody all connect cleanly. Your calendar, your client list, and your deposits stay exactly where they are. We build the site around the tool instead of asking you to move.

Should I put my prices on the site?

Starting prices, yes. The salons that hide pricing think they are protecting a conversation, but what actually happens is the client books the place that answered the question. Balayage from $250 is enough. It also filters out the people who were never going to book at your rate, which saves you the phone call.

Do you build sites for a single chair or a suite renter?

Often. Sola, Phenix, and the independent suites all over the Valley and the Westside are a big part of who we work with. A solo stylist usually needs five pages and the Essential plan: services and prices, your work, about you, booking, and where to park. It reads as a real business instead of a link in a bio.

How do you handle before and after photos?

Carefully, because they are the thing people scroll for and also the thing that wrecks load times. We compress every image, size it for the screen it appears on, and load the gallery in stages so the page opens immediately. For med spas we also keep the consent and claim language separate from the marketing copy so your compliance stays clean.
